Replace the electronic control board if it doesn't activate the drain pump in the drain mode. The thermistor detects water temperature for the electronic control board. Unplug the washer and check the wire harness connections between the thermistor and the electronic control board.
Replace the wire harness if damaged.
Replace the thermistor if the wiring is okay. If the problem persists, replace the electronic control board. The washer control board is defective. Unplug the laundry center and replace the electronic control board. The electronic control board uses a speed sensor mounted on the motor to detect motor speed.
